On Tuesday 10th February, we were delighted to welcome the Longleat small animals team back to our Pre- school. The keepers brought along a wonderful selection of creatures, including guinea pigs, a spider, a snake, and some cockroaches.

Children had the opportunity to gently touch some of the animals, while others were observed up close as the keepers shared fascinating facts about them. Experiences like this help build confidence, curiosity, and respect for the natural world.

This is the second year we’ve invited Longleat to visit, and once again it was a fantastic success. We hope to welcome them back next year for another exciting encounter with their amazing animals.
